Great location, excellent value for money, well-designed hotel with pleasant décor.

The boutique hotel is well located, the room is very well designed and of very good quality, the breakfast is remarkable and the staff are attentive.

No issues to report: everything went as planned and the hotel delivered on all its promises.

Great location, generous-sized room and fancy bathroom.

The underground parking isn't signposted at all. We had breakfast at the hotel once and it was fine but expensive. The cafe up the road is a better alternative.

Wonderful stay.

I like the location and the friendly staff.

The shower is very nice but does have mold. The cosmetic mirror was broken and dirty. The pillows (1/pax) smell like chemicals, small and flat! During breakfast, warm food was not refilled at 9:20 am on a Sunday.

The parking in hotel was full but we got lucky with free parking on the nearby street (for Sunday).

The window between the room and the bathroom is not mat enough. Whoever stays in the room can see the person who takes a shower.

Location near the Altstadt. Decent beds. Excellent breakfast.

Inefficient checking-in. Silly bathroom design where the “borrowed light” allows the bedroom person to see what the bathroom person is doing. And our shower didn’t drain properly so the bathroom flooded. 90 minutes after reporting the situation nothing had been done.

Perfect location and great breakfast

Great breakfast! Very nice bar keeper at the bar in the afternoon / evening who welcomed us and our dog in a very friendly way. Perfect location, right next to the park and the city center.

Check-in is rather complicated. The online link didn't work and at the reception they first asked a different price than confirmed via booking. Another staff found a solution and after some waiting, all was fine. The breakfast staff is quite "cold" and we didn't feel welcome with the dog.

Good location for sight seeing, secure parking at extra charge was fine, don't forget to get a green clean air badge!! Breakfast was very good and plentiful

The room was big and well kept. Beautiful decoration and comfortable amenities. Best suited for business trips I would say.

The reception people were a bit cold, not very welcoming. No proper luggage storage space, just an exposed corner next to the reception.

Could be very good value with updated mattresses.

Walking distance 5 minutes to city center and has large newly renovated rooms, a parking garage, a good breakfast buffet.

The mattresses were soft and uncomfortable, and need updating urgently, because ultimately we come to a hotel for a good night sleep.

Nice hotel

Location was good, comfortable and clean rooms . Personnel was very nice, they gave us recommendations to eat typical German food. You can find supermarkets, the center and restaurants in walking distance

Reception was a bit confusing, the boutique is on the other side of the street and it’s quite busy an noisy on the front desk, I couldn’t really hear the lady. The parking is a bit expensive.

- everything was clean - the Italian shower is huge, the rain shower head massive, and the temperature easily ajustable. I had very delighted showers. - rooms are well soundproofed, didn’t t hear a single neighbour. The surroundings are very quiet, and it s confortable to let the window open at night. - I appreciated that they don t use softener on their towels, but they could be more thick. -

-The mattress is wayyyy too soft!!!! - The tainted glass between the bedroom and bathroom. If I can understand the concept of letting natural light reach the bathroom, I’m less excited with being able to see my partner from the other side while I am on the toilets. - the sliding door of the toilets has a good gap on both sides, which enables any good or bad smell spread in the rest of the room
