Very relaxing hotel, close to the center of town, with a great breakfast selection.

Close to the centre of town. Lovely room with air con. Fantastic breakfast selection. Great to have an outside bar.

Paid 10euro+ for 2 bottles of water from the bar, to take up to our room. It was very warm and they only provided 1 small bottle for 1 day for 2 people. We should have got some from a shop but they were closed. The toilet was unclean and stained brown (the rest of the bathroom was very clean)

Hotel was nice, breakfast was great, stuff was great but first thing that at check whereever I go is WIFI. WIFI was horrible, later they transferred me to Boutique hotel, there WIFI was not disconnecting all the time like in the first hotel but it was bad, slow and disconnecting from time to time.

Great location, great staff, facilities need improvement

Location was excellent, the reception and dining area as well as breakfast were all good. The hotel had very good secure parking in their underground parking garage. And the staff were very helpful and professional.

The room was very spacious but the sofa in the room was very dirty, there was no refrigerator to store my pet's food and there was no air conditioning. There was a large fan but as the room electricity required your room key to be inserted into a holder to engage the electricity, when you left the room for any period of time the fan went off and the room became extremely hot. As a matter of fact, I had to throw out a can of dog food as it grew mold in a matter of 36 hours due to the hot conditions in the room.

Good hotel to explore Freiburg

Our room was bigger than expected. The staff is really helpful. Location is just outside the city center, so perfect if you are arriving by car as we did, and main attractions are less than 3 to 5 min. on foot. They have private parking too.

We did not know that housekeeping was done every 3 days (it was written on the door, but who reads the door warnings these days...). We did not mind, but it would have been better to be told upon checkin verbally, so we would have not expected the room to be done when we arrived later in the evening. We got a room that seem to be be fitted for people in wheel chairs: the nice part of that is that it was really big, with a big bathroom, but the WC was high and shower had a seat that made it a bit mode awkward to shower. The hotel also seems to have many buildings, we stayed at the main building (where breakfast and parking was located), but we saw some people crossing the street, so if that is an issue for you take that into consideration.

Not a comfortable stay due to no air conditioning and location of room above the outside bar

The hotel is well situated near the cathedral and square. The breakfast was very good.

This is classed as a 4star hotel. We booked a superior room which was large but had the smallest en-suite I have ever had in a hotel and a wardrobe hanging space of only 2 feet. I wasn’t aware there would be no air conditioning. They supply a fan which is noisy but necessary due to the high temperature of 29 degrees. The superior rooms overlook the outside bar area so windows had to be closed due to the noise of the clientele outside till we’ll after midnight. Our windows had a missing curtain and the curtains that were there were hanging off. Tree lights shine in your room until after midnight and then early morning daylight. No slippers or bathrobe, fridge or shower cap.

Very nice, comfortable hotel with a great location

Location is great, right next to the park and you can easily reach the city center by foot (5 min.). The room was very quiet, especially because the hotel is next to a small, quiet road. We could park the car in the hotel-parking-garage, which was very comfortable.

Some minor things in the bathroom were broken (or at least nobody fixed it), e.g. on the shower rod was a covering missing, so you could see the glue inside and it just didn't look pretty. But everything worked!

Beautiful accommodation in the outskirts of old down town Freiburg!

Very convenient location. Closed parking (mandatory to book in advance). Walking distance to all the amenities you may need. Beautiful room and very kind staff.

To my preference i would rather a better quality mattress. I think an auto selling snacks machine is missing. The reception closes soon and a vendor machine would help to by some wate, snacks or beverages late at night.
