It is a nice place overall.Could be better consider we payed almost 150e a day for a double room

The brakfast was the highlight. Very big room. We mannaged to park in the hotel parking lot every day as we drove up to the slopes in the morning. The spa is satisfing.

The bar staff not to friendly..hardly polite. The transfer to the gondola not real,First to rounds of people fill the minibus in seconds.So you have to queue and show up 10-15 min before departure

Comfortable. Good value for money on a skiing trip. Spa a little disappointing. Breakfast ok.

Lovely room. Easy check in and check out.

Location too far to walk to centre in snow and ice. Shuttle bus finishes too early. Should be a curfew on children in the spa/pool. After 7pm isn't unreasonable? Breakfast was very hit an miss. Lukewarm. Sometimes no juice or coffee machines need emptying.

The lobby and restaurant area looked decent and were the only parts that seemed reasonably maintained.

The facilities were poorly maintained and did not match what was advertised at the time of booking. All rooms were in very bad condition, with visible damage, worn furniture, and clear signs of neglect. Overall maintenance was extremely poor and far below acceptable standards for this price and rating.

Not worth the money

The Hotel is itself good, the lobby is cozy and nice. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The main disappointment of this hotel is the staff (apart from the room service ladies). The staff is like forced to be there, none of them have desire to make you feel welcome and comfortable. None of them have even a single smile on thier faces and they are really bothered if you have any issue or resquest. They try to work as less as possible.

Good value for money

The location of the hotel is perfect for families , quiet and peaceful.The rooms are spaciuos and very clean , the breakfast was on point with plenty of options to choose from.The staff is nice and pleasant , the pool and sauna facilities are well equiped.

The bathroom was very small , and every time you take a shower is like you have your very own pool inside , the water just won't go away, and after that it smelled.

Very old base in need of update, rectified by friendly staff and tasty breakfast

The room was showing many signs of wear and tear and was in desperate need of repair. No meaningful TV. We experienced 3 hours of power cut and it turned out the pool and spa zone are not connected to emergency power supply so we could not use them at all on the day we checked in. No apology or compliment was offered by the hotel.

Not quiet what we had expected

It’s proximity and that it’s a nice resort with beautiful sights and great facilities

We have been on this property before during Covid times and were impressed by room and the facilities. However this time the room was not very clean, bathroom walls showed water damage and the drain was smelling from the bathroom. There were places where wallpaper was tearing apart. We could clearly hear other guests in adjacent rooms.

Really friendly staf, from the cleaners to the waiters. Verry good breakfest.

It would have been better if the pool bar was open a bit longer, we went swimming at 5:30pm and there was no service. Thanks for the good service, see you next time.

Excellent stay

The place and the hotel are wonderful. It combines the nature with a really nice stay. The buffet of the breakfast and the dinner were nice and tasty. Every spot was clean. We totally recommend it !

The only thing that i can mention is that we were placed at a room were the sun from the early morning was totally in the room . the problem will be solved with the appropriate blackout curtains .

Disappointing

breakfast was ok, diversified the issue is with the personnel, no English in the restaurant for dinner and very little for breakfast

the room was facing sun all day, there were 30 degrees Celsius when we arrived, no air conditioning no shades the hotel overall had it's days of abuse, the doors were forces, with visible issues the shower glass was not secured, the towel hanger dropped at some moment, it was not secured, etc. also the staff oh boy when I communicated the request for helping with the temperature or get another room in shadows they offered a ventilator :)) when I said the ventilator will not help with the temperature they become arrogant and I had to call booking customer service, and even when I checked out earlier after one day, they came up with some fishy explanation about the email from booking that was received late and they had no person to respond and I can cancel it myself (so I won't get any refund).

Too pricey over the weekend, great price to money ratio otherwise, worth visiting again.

Good breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent mountain view if you are in the right room, good restaurant with reasonable prices for Bansko, Finnish sauna was nice.

Unfortunately there was just one tennis table and due to an upcoming conference, it couldn’t be used. The indoor swimming pool was nasty, and except for the Finnish sauna, all others SPA amenities were kind of deteriorated.

Néeds to be better

Good location walking distance from the slopes

We arranged airport pick up took us 20 mins to find the driver then he was fighting with us saying we was 4 people when we were only too. When we got to the vehicle it was a mini bus and we had requested a car. The room was so hot and wasn't able to cool it. Had to keep the balcony door open all night. There was no water in the fridge the bathroom shower leaked water all over so was super slippery. Breakfast was basic no black tea available We went for dinner one evening in the restaurant main course arrived first and the wrong order then the starts but was missing items. We ask for takeaway for my friend that was not feeling well in the room and was given to us during our meal so we had to leave to take it as they would deliver to the room.

I wouldn’t recommend going there in the cold months, especially if you have a little one, since everyone is sick.

The water in the swimming pool was cold. It was in December so everyone at breakfast was coughing and sneezing. There was a sick kid at the kids Center, so eventually our baby got sick too. Breakfast was nothing special, not many options for us. Staff could be more polite.

The breakfast included in our stay was OK.

We stayed for one night on our way from Greece. The hotel is in serious need of renovation. The walls were dirty, the room smelled like smoke from the chimney inside of it, the bathroom smelled of urine and we had no shower curtain, resulting in a huge mess in the bathroom after we showered. The entrance looked as if it was forced with a crowbar, you could see the signs on the door (hence the door barely closing and locking). As the weather was rainy, we decided to have diner in the hotel restaurant, and order from the a la carte menu. Out of what we ordered (I can’t speak for the entire menu), the schnitzel was OK, but I had an unpleasant surprise with the ribs. You could see they freeze the food, because the grease on the ribs was cold and solidified. They offer free wifi but it’s very slow. Honestly can’t see how this is a 4 star hotel.

Great value for money for families.

Hotel facilities are great. Small indoor pool is nice with different sauna rooms in the spa area. Apartments are spacious Good breakfast including fresh vegetables and fruits. Location is a bit far from city center yet walking distance to hiking or biking trails leading to forest and mountains. Staff was very professional & responsive to any requests.

Rooms are a bit run down. Weak WiFi in rooms. Having no air conditioning during summer nights is ok but during the day & afternoon it might be problematic. Outdoors adventure park costs extra, I would expect it to be complementary for hotel guests.

The location was nice and the staff was friendly.

The gaming zone in the hotel lobby was not functioning, there were no tokens for the gaming machines and the pool table. The SPA sector and the pool in particular were dirty.

-The staff is welcoming. - The place is great if having to go to Vihren hut on the next day. - The place was clean. - We had packaged breakfast as pre-ordered (although it would have been nice to have a coffee with it too :)) )

- The room doesn't have an AC. - No clear instructions about using the pools - i.e. where to take towels from. - Decentralized management of pool bar from hotel/reception. One has to have cash money in order to pay on the spot.

Lovely hotel, request a new room, not the studios!

Amazing hotel, some rooms were unbelievable! Lovely lobby area, we sat here for hours eating and drinking! Free shuttle to the gondola

Some rooms are in the old part of the hotel so aren’t as nice as others, we were a group of 13 so had lots of rooms and half of us were in a room not so great (see pictures below) with a very thin mattress. You need to climb some steps for these rooms too!

Excelkent, really enjoyed it!

The rooms were very comfortable, the spa was lovely and the food was very good value (we had breakfast and dinner included).
