I defenetly suggest to book your stay in this hotel.

The appartment was very confortable and clean. It is situated close to the Gondola and shops.

The view from our bedroom was amazing. The pool was nice and warm. Very good breakfast.

The hotel met every need!

Good food variety on a half-board stay. Spa and pool facilities were well looked after and a pleasure to use. Both bars were very cosy and the staff were lovely to speak with. Very easy to book appointments at the spa and had great availability. If you are skiing or snowboarding, the hotel allows you to rent equipment on-site. The staff member Nicky was a star and very supportive in getting us the right equipment. A shuttle was available to get you to the gondola station and back each day- free of charge, and only an 8 minute journey. Not to mention, the view from the balcony of our studio was gorgeous. A very comfortable stay and would return!

The only thing that could have been improved slightly was the comfort of the bed. Apart form that, nothing!

Great location near the forest, spacious and clean apartament equipped with everything you might need, very helpful and attentive staff.

The restaurant's garden is connected with the outdoor area of the SPA, and it was a bit noisy to relax outside. A separate outdoor space for the SPA would have been good.

It could be perfect, but it isn't

dinner was good

The accommodation could have been perfect if it weren't for the fact that it's an event space rather than a place for rest. There was a wedding party on Saturday, and the music was so loud it felt like it was being played inside the room, lasting until 4 AM. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, making it extremely hot in the summer, and you can't open the windows because of the extremely loud music coming from the events—parties at the hotel. There was also a water outage on Sunday for over 5 hours, and no one informed us about it. In short, it could be perfect for rest, but they don't seem to care about those who aren't invited to the party.

The apartment was old with broken furnitures. Only after complaining they moved us to a better apartment. The chicken was not equipped with all needed equipment and the hotel requested additional cost for additional equipment, eventually after insisting they gave it free of charge. The breakfast is basic.

Wonderful hotel for the whole family

Excellent spa area with sauna and offer of various facial treatments and massages at good prices. Pool was also big and warm the hot tub too. Friendly staff and excellent food, rich buffet for breakfast and delicious lunch and dinner menu. Clean hotel, lots of parking space and good views.

Great location. Spacious rooms and amazing spa.

The location is close to mountain attractions and activities. The hotel is located in the edge of the forest. The spa is very good and has everything. Breakfast is good without too much choice.

Τhere should be some tea bags and sugar in the apartment. The problem with the shower water in the toilet needs to be fixed. It fills the whole floor with water. The TV should offer Greek channels since there are so many Greek tourists in the hotel.
