The location is definitely the highlight absolutely perfect.
One of the best features is that the room allows you to prepare your own meals. It comes equipped with two electric cooking plates, a toaster, a kettle, and a fridge, which makes it incredibly convenient and comfortable, especially after a long day on the slopes.
The insulation and heating are very good, keeping the room warm and cosy even in cold weather.
Having a ski shop and ski lessons available directly in the hotel is a huge advantage. It makes everything seamless and stress-free. The instructors were fantastic, professional, patient, and truly excellent.
The room would benefit from a serious refurbishment. The carpet, in particular, feels old and worn, and overall the space would improve significantly with some updating.
Cleanliness standards also require attention. While the bed linens and towels were clean and replaced daily, which I appreciated, the general hygiene of the room did not fully meet expectations. Upon arrival, the rubbish in the mini kitchen had not been disposed of, and I had to request that it be cleaned.

Please take room 010 out of service and turn it into a storage room.
It’s a bad location having to listen to guests entering and leaving the building wing during all hours of the night.
