This hotel provides a bed and a warm shower and steam after a day of skiing.

I liked the steam room and pool area Excellent breakfast !

Please take room 010 out of service and turn it into a storage room. It’s a bad location having to listen to guests entering and leaving the building wing during all hours of the night.

It’s very average the food is poor quality, hot food served in a buffet should be hot, reheating food and letting it go

It was there.

It is run down very worn. Avoid the food we had 1/2 board used once out of 5 days the food was cold. Skip the food and pay less for the room.

I have been on many ski trips and was very pleased with the size of the room compared to most rooms I've had during ski trips. Plenty of space and storage for all the things you need to bring. The room had a fridge, plenty of power outlets and balcony which were nice bonuses. Hotel also had ski rental in the reception, spa and pool which were very handy and good. Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was a bit dated, shower curtain wasn't long enough which made the bathroom floor wet when the first person took a shower. Noise from the corridor was easily heard when others were coming back to their rooms late.

Nice staff. Great location for the ski lift. Shower power was good.

Room needed lots of maintenance, no spare pillows, damage to bed, furniture and kitchenette. Sink leaked, shower head was part broken, heater hanging off wall. Noise from other rooms and public areas. Bath room terrible layout Room door was a pain to lock and seemed to be made of a very thin material. The pool and spa were ok but very busy, a system of time control / sessions would make sense when busy. Cleaners didn't seem to do much lots of detailing missed.

Strongly dissatisfied

The staff at the bar was cheerful, the receptionists were warm too. The cleaning staff was okay.

The room size was unrealistically small, during the coldest day there was a maintenance of the heating system without any warning, leaving us waiting in cooling rooms. The parking lot was small and mismanaged without any security. My friend saw some guys trying to rob someone's car in the parking lot. Each time we had to call the receptionist to open or close the parking lot's entrance for us, sometimes having to wait for ten minutes. The ice on the front of the hotel wasn't even atempted to be scraped off, we had to walk like penguins. The breakfast lacked variety. There were huge parties in some rooms lasting until morning with very loud bangs and laughters and music, fully unregulated.

Never ever have been across with such unprofessional attitude by the reception staff.

Not the best, some of fried pastry didn't feel fresh, seems have been oven wormed, left from previous days. Sausages with awfully taste. Cheese and yogurt was good.

Shower was with a funny fence glass spreading a lot of water around. Loft facilities warm a lot of sunny days. A lot of puddles around the inner swimming pool. Edges cover of tiles rotten. Health and safety rules and regulations out of any expectations...

Decent 5 day new year vacation

Situated right next to the gondola base station it was also pretty close to the city center. The spa area exceeded my expectations even if in some of the days it was annoyingly crowded. The room was quite as I asked previously but it may need some refurbishments.

- the shower cabin( even the whole bathroom itself) was smaller than expected. - the pipe door from the toilet was damaged and it could ve been easy for cocroaches to enter the room - the mattress was pretty rough

Pleasant

the breakfast was tasty and it wasn’t that far away from the slopes

The facilities such as the pool and sauna were entirely way too crowded and are too small for a hotel that can take in so many people, we went once to the pool and had no desire to return. The walls are also pretty thin, so every morning you would be woken up by the people that are walking through the hotel in their skiing boots.

Decent Hotel

Location, staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was also nice after a long day on the slopes. Our room was a good size for four people.

Basic accommodation a 10 minute walk from the gondola. Avoid this resort in the February half term.

The food was decent, access to the pool was great if you didn’t go too late in the evening, walking distance to the ski facilities and nice restaurants, friendly staff who try their best to help you.

We stayed half board in the Feb half term. the queues for the gondola and ski buses are horrifically long - up to 3 hours. you need to get there early and breakfast only starts at 07:30. it’s just too late. The bus also leaves too late in the morning. The staff, although lovely, seemed completely out of touch with the practicalities of skiing in Bansko and didn’t offer any useful information. The rooms are tired and need some updating. We did have an issue with our shower but it was fixed while we were there. Finally, the pool got VERY busy later in the evening and is definitely not suitable for families. try and get there around 4pm.

Good for the price!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was good, around ten minutes walk to the Gondola. There was a free shuttle bus if you preferred though. Swimming pool was lovely and warm, great for aching muscles! I booked four rooms for our party. The two bed apartment was an excellent size for four men. Two toilets was a god send first thing in the morning!!

Some of our group thought breakfast was limited, and starting at 8 meant we couldn't get to the Gondola early to get to the front of the queue. A couple of the baths leaked when the shower was in use. One of the triple rooms was small for three people.

Not recommending ( poor rooms) not worth for the money

The only good thing about our stay at the hotel was the location. The manager of the hotel was very kind and understanding- she helped us a lot. The rent a ski staff were amazing and very kind!

Our stay at the hotel started very bad and disappointing. They give us a room on top of the bar ( where they had very loud music every night between 19:00 and 23:00, party full of people shouting) so we weren’t able to sleep and rest as our room was moving from the loud music. Plus next to our room there were a group of 18-24 years old and they were partying and coming in and out of the rooms all night long. We definitely could not rest and could not wake up 7 am to line up for the ski lift. We complained on the second data and we have been giving another room which was a little more isolated, so we managed to sleep. Unfortunately we were downgraded to a worst room then were first placed without balcony. Not recommending this hotel it was full with young party people ( 4 buses) not recommending to someone who would like to rest and relax and has a family. This hotel was one of those party one where is full of young people doing wild things and just come to party and be noisy. The pool was disgusting and full of people due to the above mentioned big groups with young people. The receptionist could not speak the local language and did not understand it, plus they could not speak English and did not understand . It was extremely difficult to communicate with the two reception girls and made me so angry when I wanted to compline for the noise as they just did not get it.
