Hidden gem

Location excellent. This is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Birmingham City centre. Me and wife loved the place so much we booked another visit towards the end of the year.

The location was very good and the room was pleasant and a reasonable size. Generally facilities were good.

The wardrobe was small and even smaller accommodating the ironing board. The space on one side of the wardrobe, which doubled as a room divider, could have been used to make a bigger wardrobe.

Perfectly located and well equipped apartment for exploring Birmingham and the surrounding area.

N0 8 was a great place to stay. Clean, first class customer service from the host throughout our stay and perfectly located for exploring the centre of the city. Easy to walk to from the train station (Birmingham New Street) as well. The facilities within the apartment were great too.

Excellent city centre accommodation

The location was great - in the city centre just a short walk from the station and easy to get around to visit other areas. The apartment itself was beautiful - very tidy, fitted/furnished to a high quality, and was spotless. Really good value for money for our stay

The only issue we had is that we couldn't get the radiators to turn on in the room even though we followed the instructions. There was a space heater in the room though so we used this and didn't get too cold

Great place, great location

Great central location. 5 minute walk from New St train station. The host was very welcoming on arrival. Apartment was modern, clean. Kitchenette was well equipped. Even though the area was very busy due to Christmas revellers, the Apartment was very peaceful and a welcome escape when we were done with hustle and bustle! Discount on food and drinks from The Cosy Club next-door was a nice touch. I think this also extended to the Thai restaurant which looked very nice but we had already booked to dine elsewhere.

To be honest there was nothing I disliked. I would look to stay here again if available the next time I visit Birmingham

Beautiful property, right in the heart of Birmingham.

Initially difficult to get to, as was unsure if we could get there to drop off stuff from the car. But they actually have a carpark within a few minutes walk available at a. Discount so once we knew this and the postcode all good.

Property was in a fantastic location and the apartment was clean, great layout, and the staff were friendly and informative. The water was hot, and the shower pressure was great!

The TV wasn’t a smart TV, and the pots and pans were limited (no frying pan, for example).

Lovely clean apartment. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the station and the ICC. It had everything I needed for my stay. I appreciated the fresh coffee and cafetière. Very smooth check in and check out. Friendly welcome.

Apartment was very clean and good facilities- great shower 🚿 great location.

Overall we loved the apartment. Things we felt: The bed was very small (double) king size would be much better. The “Pillows” were very uncomfortable so hard and need something softer. Also a carton of milk would be better than a couple of sachets which weren’t enough.

Only 'big' dislike was the wet room. Floor is completely wet after showering so had to use towels to dry otherwise couldn't use toilet. Shame because everything else was spot on.

Keys was ready for me to collect, though at the allocated hours only... otherwise it would cost. So if you can't make the check in window then consider whether the add-on cost still make the rate acceptable.

We paid for the luxury apartment and felt like we didn't receive that room. The water was extremely hot and my partner burnt her hand. It would be good to be incited back to receive a better experience
