The door did not close properly and it was the same for other doors on floor 15 as heard them banging. You had to pull the door hard causing a bang to get it to close

Great location but not great if you want to sleep

Location and breakfast.

The beds were very uncomfortable. None of our party slept well due to beds. It was a relief to get up in the morning. The lifts took a long time with lots of people trying to get to their rooms. We had a room with an adjoining door and we could hear everything. Thank goodness we had ear plugs.

The room is cold, big rooms so takes a while for it to heat up (don’t think it ever did get up to temp). Would be nice if the heatings turned on before check in. Bad location

In a good location for arena. Bed was very comfy with choice of pillows. Was very quiet. Reception staff were very helpful.

Bedside light not working. Room wasn’t serviced even though sign was put outside of door early morning.

Very nice hotel

It was very clean and staff were very helpful

There was a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning for several hours (2am to 5am approx) - doors slamming, people talking very loudly (other hotel residents, not staff) so that was very frustrating. Also, there are no options to order a scone and coffee or something similar to have during the mid morning, which would have been very nice as the hotel has a nice extensive relaxing lounge area. So you have to leave the hotel for that. Everything else was great.

Location

Put in room opposite cleaning staff room and door to fire escape. Very noisy banging shut all night with people in and out and noisy in morning once cleaners started shift

To be honest staff could give out a more welcoming greeting we were also just handed our key and was told the lifts are around the corner. No you’re on such and such a floor. The lifts were far too busy but was that just the time of year?

Good location for city stay

Spacious clean room. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower. Good range of tea and coffee in the room

Noisy fridge in room. The bar was busy and understaffed and when we returned from our concert at 11.20 and went to the bar for one drink we were told the bar was closed. Even though there were quite a few residents still at the bar.

Disappointed with the service

The location and the decor and the little touches down to to white company complimentary toiletries and tote bag were amazing.

The massive queue to get your key card, the lifts obviously had issues as everyone was complaining. Spent over 15 minutes in the lift before having to descend 14 floors to reception ask for room service as spent 40 minutes trying to get through on the phone and all lines tried rang out. Was wavered the service fee but think they could have done more it really impacted on our whole stay.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect central location

Nearly always use this hotel as it’s so close for the Utilita arena . A really beautiful hotel. Staff are exceptional. Special thank you to manager Richard Westley who ironed out a little hiccup for us with our room. He resolved our issue immediately and was so helpful, polite & courteous & we are extremely grateful to him.

Amazing staff, room, location and breakfast. Staff answered any questions we had.

Knit picking but car park could have some parent and child designated bays as it does get very busy, we had to park on one of the upper floors in the evening and was a longer walk in the cold with two young children.
