Clean, spacious accessible room, great location, really helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was fantastic
Parking was slightly confusing and very expensive but it was a prime location so understandable, ideally I'd pay and book it in advance for a slightly cheaper price option but still happy with it overall

Staff were extremely nice, room was big and clean.
The gym...but I fed feedback to staff. The toilet room needs cleaning, as in, the walls of it should get cleaned. Shower wouldn't stay at set temp, kept scalding me every 6 seconds.
I would stay elsewhere for a similar price next time, specifically because of the gym, toilet cleanliness and scalding shower. But was otherwise fine for a few nights stay.

Perfect location with all amenities in walking distance
Great transport links especially with tram running until late at night.
Restrants nearby you never go hungry.
The hotel inside has a peaceful vibe
The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble
Beds are comfortable
Check out time is perfect
The steam room is always out of service ive been 3 times and in all those the steam room hasnt been working.
You pay for an upgrade which should include bathrobe and slippers but you dont get bathrobe and slippers? That has happened on two occasions now and in conclusion the upgrade isnt worth the extra costs.
Breakfast isnt the best.
The sauna is only between 7 and 10 the timings are silly
All undesirables hang around outside which is off putting if you are a woman on your own they should privatise a smokers area.
