Location, parking facilities. Lovely rooms (comfortable, clean). Reception staff was polite/ friendly/ welcoming.
I have stayed before, lovely hotel, perfect location, however you do have to prepare for loud early hour disturbances outside. This would be dependent on the dates of your stay

The location is ideal, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Wifi is free
The toilet was separate to sink and shower.

Staff and room breakfast was amazing.
Only the fact we took our granddaughter and it was extremely heckled outside which is not the hotel’s fault…unfortunately we lost a lot of sleep as the granddaughter kept waking up .

Staff pleasant, hotel clean, great breakfast
Room smaller than expected, separate toilet to bathroom, the toilet had no decor and looked like a public toilet, was awful, needed updating
