    The property offered pleasant amenities and a lovely view, but the Wi-Fi was disappointing. The staff were friendly and the facilities were well-maintained. The bathroom could use some attention, but the hot water was consistent. Overall, a good stay with a few minor hiccups.

    Excellent location to centre , restaurants , utilitia arena etc. Just outside the hustle and bustle so pretty quiet . Staff superb all friendly, smiled and spoke . On site parking . Would definitely stay again .

    Looks old from the outside, but it is modern and well maintained from the inside. I would stay here again if I have the chance to come back to Birmingham.
