It was good value for money and a location for what we needed. Their shower pressure and heat was the among the top 5 I’ve ever had in a hotel.
Unfortunately the heating didn’t work or was too confusing to operate.

Nothing, it was excellent

Friendly Staff, Great Location in Brindley Place. Nice Bar. Room not to warm and comfy bed. Great Breakfast.
Nothing, better than the Premier Inn nearby.

The location was good, near the canal and nice restaurants / bars. The breakfast is nice a good variety and also fresh omelettes made in front of you. The team on reception were helpful, polite and nice. I used the gym which was good for a hotel and all the equipment worked well. Our room (King) was a decent size and everything very clean.
A woman behind the bar was rude and claimed a drinks offer that reception advertised did not exist, she had to climb down when it was clear the offer was real. Other than that, the bar area had a nice atmosphere and although we did not eat dinner at the hotel i did see food coming out to others and it looked nice.

Possi ly the best breakfast buffet I've had at a Hilton.
We experienced a family emergency and the staff were all excellent and could not have been more helpful and empathetic .

Good as always
A hotel our family meet up and stay for a night a few times a year . Rooms like like they have been redecorated recently and are very nice
I rang the hotel the day before arrival and who ever answered the phone was very rude and I had to stop the call 😥

We have stay in this hotel several times. Its a great location to be for Birmingham
The room was cold. We did get our room made up. We requested towels when we were out of the room we didn't get any. Had to ring down for some. We were at the hotel for 2 nights and didn't any clear towls, the bed was not made and the rubbish was not taken out. So we had 2 days worth of rubbish in the room. Not good enough.

This was a very smart, well-maintained hotel with really warm and welcoming staff. Everyone we met, from housekeeping to front desk and catering staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. All the usual buffet items you would expect, plus a few that you don't always find, including make your own waffles and an omelette station. We stayed for two nights and were pleased to see that housekeeping cleaned and refreshed the room after the first night - this doesn't seem to happen in all UK hotels these days. Perfect location in a quiet part of Brindley Place. We visited on a snowy weekend in January so the hotel was very quiet, and we only really saw or heard other guests at breakfast - it just felt like a lovely, tranquil spot in the city.
Extremely minor but the TV guide didn't work!!

I like that the staff made a really good effort in decorating our hotel room for my boyfriend's birthday.
We had to move rooms due to an inconvenience with the TV not working.

We had a room on the 7th floor away from the lifts.
It was great to have a peaceful nights sleep.
The bed was comfortable and the room well equipped.
The breakfast was good apart from the coffee, which tasted pretty awful

Location
Xmas party took over the restaurant, then bar and reception area leaving no where to sit and impossible to get drinks or food from the bar as restaurant was also closed. Had to order in via uber

Close to arena
Party going on, we were in room 122 right above it. We were told no more rooms to move to and didn’t get any sleep before 1am
Complained in the morning and someone called to offer me a free nights stay and would email me.
They didn’t and then I chased it up on booking site and now they say they didn’t agree to it
Awful experience and expensive accommodation for no sleep!

The hotel was really lovely, perfect location if you want to visit the Utilita Arena and loads of bars and restaurants close by.
The rooms were great and the bed was so comfy with quality bedding. The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice from waffles, self serve hot buffet, fresh fruit and yoghurts, toast, pastries and plenty of tea, coffee and juices. Highly recommend this hotel!

Well appointed and clean. Reasonable size room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.
The bathroom was very small. The toilet handle has clearly been broken and repaired but left looking aesthetically unpleasant.
Although convenient, the car park was very difficult to get out of due to the narrow and tight exit.

The size of the room
Bed was uncomfortable, breakfast although was just opened was more warm to cold than warm to hot. Very basic breakfast. Bacon was overcooked apple juice tasted weak and more like apple cordial than juice. All in all I wouldn't recommend this hotel

Great location in central Birmingham
Room was a little cramped although the bed was very comfy, bathroom was clean,
Breakfast was plentiful, all food topped up regulalry and tables cleared quickly.
Q Park car park very close for all sizes of cars.
Room was smaller than I expected, but lots to like for a short break. Would stay there again.

Right in the town centre. Easy to get to.
There was spider webs hanging from the corner of the room . Random hair on the tiles. The coffee machine had seen better days … missing a part of the front .
