The hotel was ideally situated for Symphony Hall and for a 2nd engagement 10 minutes along the canal! The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good - best scrambled egg I've had in a hotel! Polite and helpful staff!

Always stay here, Hussain the maitre de is a great guy and nothing is to much trouble, and Craig on concierge is just so helpful, both are a credit to the Hyatt staff.

No Netflix on the tv in the room though other floors had Netflix on their tvs.

The property wasn’t far from the train station and easy enough to find. Very opulent when you walk in giving vibes of a very expensive and posh hotel. The view from the room was fantastic and the staff were amazing, very friendly and professional.
Up to the rooms and it was just very standard hotel, does not match the opulence from the lobby and does not match the price point for staying there. Our first room was clean but very smelly but the staff were great and changed us to another room straight away. Again the new room was very clean just below what I expected for the price I paid.
