It was our first stay at Clayton, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we checked in, Zara provided a warm and professional welcome, she was polite, friendly, and made us feel at ease right away. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite, which was absolutely perfect.
The lobby has a chic and stylish feel, creating a great first impression. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, we slept exceptionally well. The bathroom was also a good size and well-appointed.
Overall, a fantastic experience, we’d happily return and highly recommend it.

The room was nice and the price was good.
A pile-driver banged every 5 seconds for the entirety of one night.
Every time the room was cleaned, they replaced 2 sets of towels with 1 set of towels. The second time I rang reception about this it took about a minute to get an answer and then the lady from reception (it seemed she was the only staff member in the entire hotel) brought up 3 hand towels rather than a 2nd bath towel.
When I checked in, the system was down and I had to fill in a bunch of forms, reply to emails, and basically do a bunch of stuff I really didn't want to when what I wanted was to go to my room.
