Parking was super pricey £26 per day extortionate, staff not knowing whether the hotel was within the ULEZ or not. Which it is was.

Disappointing

You upgraded me from standard to premium. Great! But… the bed was 2 mattresses with huge dip where not connected properly. It was an adjoining room. Next door was laughing loudly on phone till 12 midnight so I could not sleep. The adjoining door did not insulate the noise.

Lovely stay!

Lovely and clean hotel. Staff were amazing, shoutout to Matthew on reception who greeted myself and daughter and made us feel welcome. He went above and beyond and make the whole process easy.

Great location and rooms some hotel amenities could be improved (lifts)

The hotel is in a good location. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

however the lower floors can experience road noise and it is very close to a number of clubs. Additionally three of the 4 lifts were out of order and with all rooms between level 5-16 this was incredibly frustrating and time consuming.

Overall, a comfortable pleasant stay that delivered on its value for money and duration.

The location was very convenient and made getting around easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent and a good way to start the day.

I believe everything was honestly in fair order. Maybe the only slight issue would have been the occasional noise from outside my room. Besides that everything else was very good.

Great reception team and a lovely room. Great location for the city centre and our requirements.

Unfortunately our room was beside the lift shaft, as such the room vibrated every time the lift was used throughout the night, we could also hear the pully mechanism working whilst the lift was in motion!

Excellent strongly recommend

The reception staff were exceptional !! Such fantastic service hospitable even gave us all complimentary upgrade and breakfast after we told them that our flight was cancelled. The hotel is impeccable and super clean strongly recommend. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for making a horrible situation more comfortable.

Beautiful decor and location.

The location as it was right by Nando’s and the 4D cinema. We went on a Sunday so parking was free on the side road right outside the hotel. Beautiful decor and Christmas tree, clean. Restaurant and breakfast staff very helpful.

Receptionist saw us, left us standing and waiting whisky her colleague served someone and then assured someone that came after us to check them out. Her colleague had to tell her to check us in. A lot of idle conversations on the reception desk between colleagues. Curtains didn’t fully close, toilet roll bracket was loose. A few hairs under the bed sheet. Plates weren’t warm although stayed, breakfast could have been hotter.

Terrible, will not be staying here again even if I was paid to

I have stayed at the property three times before and the location is ideal

Even though I’ve stayed three times before this time, the experience was terrible. We were first put into a disabled room and then when asked to change this. I was asked would you like a noisy room or a quiet room? I found this extremely weird when we went to the room. This was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in any hotel around the world. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could hardly move in the room. There was no heating on in the bathroom so that was freezing. The thermostat kept jumping from the temperature. I set to a lower temperature. We ended up leaving at 6:30 in the morning just to get out of there. I complained when I left and was told someone will be in touch with me not heard anything.

There was a urine stain on my bed sheet 🤢

The location of where the hotel was, close to the city area and shops.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. Firstly, I was given a room (730) with a huge urine stain on the sheets, so I had to be moved. The second room (616), which was supposed to be “premium,” still had old stains on the carpet and the “free bottled water” tasted like tap water. The cleaning staff were extremely loud and inconsiderate banging on my door before 9:30am even though checkout is 11:00am, hoovering loudly right outside my door, and blasting music while cleaning other rooms. They clearly had no regard for guests still sleeping. It felt like they were trying to rush everyone out early. When I reported the issues to reception, the staff showed no concern at all. Overall, this hotel clearly struggles with cleanliness, staff behavior, and guest respect. A very disappointing stay. I can’t believe this hotel is deemed a four star.

Room was a little basic,considering we paid for an upgrade for a exceutive room,coffee machine nice touch,would of preferred a king size bed not a double and with the room being very large would of expected a sofa or comfortable chairs. Nice bathroom complentry shampoos and hand wash.

I do really like this hotel and have rated it very well but there is a caveat and I'm hoping a public rating will make them do something because it's happened to me twice

So...I stayed on floor 5 which some rooms must be above the lounge/dining area and they don't switch the music off all night. There's another review on here with a customer saying they couldn't locate the music...I know where it comes from. Please switch it off at night as it's pretty audible in the room !
