Fantastic Hotel. Great Location and parking nearby. Sajid and the check in staff were amazing and very helpful. So to were Franco, Kumar and the bar staff - truly exceptional service from all. The breakfast is also fantastic, great choice and helpful staff.
Not enough plug points in the bar area to plug in phone/laptop, but the staff sat me in the dining area which had sockets :-)

Excellent location, onsite parking and staff were fantastic. Much better than I expected
A little loud at night but the staff offered us a room away from the lifts to help with this which was great

Good location, and decent breakfast options.
Our room aircon wasn’t working, we had to inform the staff 3 times on 3 separate occasions to the front desk before it was finally resolved. The room 1025 had cigarettes burns in the carpet and we found numerous hairs. The car park costs us £32 despite advertised as £26 for its usage. Upon checkin there seemed a lot of confusion regarding our visit and what room to offer us/ explain parking.
