Tv did not work - reported to reception but was unable to resolve. Returned from theatre and called for room service - this was not available despite advertised

The checking was so smooth, Matthew was great we even gave us a late check out! We had a nice stay, they we only had few issues, one being with the shower pressure it was weak. Also temperature controls did not work as expected. The room was too cold and then too hot!

The front desk person I think his name is Waqaar was absolutely fantastic. Superb customer care. I haven't got enough words to praise him. Hotel was spotless, well maintained. Definitely recommend

Very good clean and homey but staff kept calling my room for us to check out and we had 3 nights as well as they couldn't bring anything up to our room for why reason I don't know. Otherwise was a great stay room and bathroom was beautiful
