Great choice hotel, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable.

Really central, friendly staff. Room was large, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

No extra bedding and the duvet was quite thin. Just meant we had to leave the heating on for a while.

Great location and there was plenty of activities and restaurants in the area just a walk away! Staff were helpful, the hotel itself was amazing even the lounge and reception area. Very clean and large rooms!

hello to your team and thank you for the nice welcome, a small compact hotel with all the necessities at the entrance, I was welcomed by the reception staff, they clean the lobby, the restaurant, the hall at the entrance, the rooms are large, clean, the bathroom is clean, everything is warm, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is very good and varied, quiet, I recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very convenient place to stay for a short walk to the Birmingham Reps Theatre

Checking in was easy. Breakfast much better than it looks on paper, breakfast staff were superb. Beds comfortable and rooms were clean.

We struggled a bit bit the balancing the temperature of the room between air conditioning and heating system but once we'd worked it out it was fine.

Clean, modern & excellent location for our Stereophonic's gig. Surroundings were lovely especially with it being all lit up for Christmas.

The room was a little bit chilly & when we showered the water was leaking onto the floor as the drainage seemed to be slow/backed up. Maybe a couple of glasses aswell as the mugs to have the water in. We brought some of our own drinks.

surprisingly lovely for a chain hotel!

Chris the front of house staff was lovely, we arrived in the midst of Storm Claudia, we wanted to stow our bags as we had come early due to expected interruption form traffic and inclement weather issues. Chris checked us in early at no extra charge due to the weather, which was super lovely. He also tried to help us that evening when our taxi did not show up, he was able to get us a taxi within 5 mins, but we declined in the end due to the insane traffic, but he was still so efficient and friendly in trying to help us. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and despite the fact that we were city centre it was very quiet.

they missed one cup in the cleaning, but we didn't care we just shared one!

Perfect for a city centre stay.

The room was ready prior to the check in time of 3pm, so that was a great bonus. The location is perfect for dining, city centre shopping, the Christmas market etc We didnt have breakfast on this occasion. The staff were all fantastic and extremely helpful, very approachable and friendly.

The hotel is in a quiet area on the canal with access to shopping and eating and very close to the bustling areas of Birmingham. The hotel staff were kind and friendly as well as helpful and the English Breakfast was delicious.

Excellent location - and we got to see dragon boat racing outside! Love the views over the canals. Bar area, drinks and food was great. And I can’t rate the staff highly enough. - from Laylar on reception to Isabelle and Roberta on the bar and breakfast. Fantastic - thank you.

Only one niggle - they ran out of English breakfast tea bags on Sunday morning at breakfast…..
