The property was as described, clean, and in good condition.
The check in process was smooth, they provided clear instructions as we were checking in on the weekend, so we had to self check in - but this was an easy and quick process.
I rang up before booking, this was a last minute booking as another accommodation provider had been playing up, they were very helpful and friendly!
I'd recommend fully staying here. Thank you!

Property was spotlessly clean, warm & comfortable. Kitchen appeared well equipped although we only used the kettle!
Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay.
Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre.

Even for a Monday night, what I paid was so good for what you get and compared to a traditional hotel. Sheena on front desk was so friendly and helpful. Location is superb and very close to a Tesco Express. Apartment was very bright and spacious and bed comfortable. I hope to stay again.
