    Stayed at the Hotel Holloway - remote check in, where you are sent a login code for main door and room. Bed comfy, bathroom clean and spacious, snacks and drinks in the minibar, and if you've requested it, free parking at the back of the hotel (about 8 spaces in total, but very small hotel). Great location too, so easy to walk into the centre of B'ham. Would stay again.

    Great if you are staying because of the International Centre's proximity. Otherwise, the Voco hotel next door looks much better (interior), with a better bar and restaurant and a pool. You can use the pool if you stay in the International Hotel, but you need to pay for an hour-only visit. Breakfast in the International Hotel was very mediocre, if not substandard. Good AC, though, which was appreciated in the heat. The shower was strong but unpleasant (stinging), and water spilt onto the bathroom floor.
