Good spot, clean and convenient to get around.

Easy to access. Room was a little small but very clean and for a 2 night stay where we were out and about it was fine and had everything we needed. A good spot for walking to the nightlife and shops. I'd stay again.

Good heating, excellent location, funny name, laundrette nearby, useful small fridge, smooth communication, good supply of tea, milk & coffee. Very clean toilet.

Overall the room was lovely, clean and comfortable, handy location for the event I was attending.

The room and inside the building was fresh and comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Access to all streaming services with a smart tv. I received a prompt message to ensure my arrival and make sure i had everything i needed

The only thing i would say is the room was to small for a proper wardrobe space to hang clothes and jacket, there was a small rail with a few hangers but not really enough space in the area so i didn't use it.

Poor communication throughout my 3 days stay

The location and the neatness with the door lock system. The WiFi and streaming connection was superb.

There was no one to ask about anything. Although the property owner provided guidance but there are few questions and concerns that wasn’t addressed when I needed them because it takes long hours before the owner replies which made me feel disregarded, its poor as there is no helping hands. The feeling of neglect is very visible, the contact number has also been disconnected .E.g I needed help with wash hand basin as water wasn’t going, I had to do it myself. As well as asking about the Night club which was advertised but was non existence.

Location was excellent, bed super comfortable, heavy curtains so it was dark at night despite being very central, brilliant shawarma place right outside!

there was a white noise machine that didn't work which was fine, but no one was responding to the 24 hour contact number - just pre-scheduled welcome message. everything else was great though so we didn't really need it

Clear communication from the owner Roberto re: self check in, which was very easy to use - via a digital panel on the door handle to input your exclusive code Good value for city centre and walkable from New St. station Very clean and a comfortable bed Tea tray with milk, tea, coffee and a bonus of bottled waters Heating in both bedroom and bathroom Mini fridge Excellent hairdryer Toiletries in shower Satellite channels Iron and ironing board

No toliet roll at all! Unacceptable - just basic checks needed. Toilet seat needs fixing No staff present The access to the room is via a digital keypad on the outside door handle. But when you're inside if you try the handle, the door opens. So there isn't a way to find if the door is locked or not. As a female staying alone, I felt really unsafe. The property is up a side street which I;d describe as 'shady'. When going out after dark and on returning, I took Ubers instead of walking. No dressing gown,slippers, or private entrance as advertised. Not a lot that the owner can do, but there's a busy kebab shop next door, with delivery drivers congregating. all evening I did try and follow Roberto's check out instructions to inform him that I had checked out (early), but as the link takes you to booking.com and I was at the station, I couldn't get any wi-fi. I did reply to his email instead but it bounced back as a reply only address,

No hot water

A place like this only needs to do THREE things: 1. A clean / comfortable bed 2. A clean bathroom 3. Hot water from the taps. If you fail in any one of these, your place fails. There was no hot water in the bathroom for both nights. If you don't get these three things right, all the friendly emails and greetings in the world won't solve it. Get the basics right.

I was there only for one night and to sleep so for that reason it was pleasant enough.

The bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The location was great for my work conference.

The bathroom was freezing cold and the towels could have been a bit larger, especially when having a shower. The room was small.

Self checkin was efficiently handled.

Room was heated to 27C when I arrived, and took 1 1/2 hours to cool. Staff were responsive, but had no remedy. It would also have been good if the bathroom heater was signed better - I didn't realise it existed until after I'd showered in the cold!

Convenient and suitable for short stay

Spacious room which was good because we had big suitcases with us. There was a fridge, good tv, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The room was clean.

The shower space was quite small but okay to deal with as we were just there for one night.

Roberto was efficient and helpful. The room was clean. Once the windows closed it’s quiet considering how central you are. Modern check in, locks and streamlined.

The room (room 1) had no full length mirror, and the only mirror small is high for shorter people.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway in the city.

The location was perfect for our car park and the O2 Academy. We also reached the canal for a morning stroll very easily. The Takeaway next door was tasty, too. There was plenty of room and everything was so clean and tidy. There was even Netflix on the TV (not that we watched the TV). It was easy to get to from the main road through the city.

It was a Saturday night, so there was a little loud music outside. However, the earplugs blocked out the noise. I would have liked a few more sachets of milk. Thank you

Good, clean apartment

Very clean, well equipped, comfortable apartment in an excellent location for concert at the Academy. Good value for money. Communicative host, thoughtfully appointed rooms. Easy check in. Stairwells and corridors clean and well maintained too.

We were in room 4, felt it could do with a mirror in the bedroom. Shower pressure wasn't brilliant.

It’s good for a short stay.

Cleanliness, location, room facilities & the check out time.

No standby staff and the specific details on the self check in was a bit different from the guidance. My door didn’t show green colour. The appointed shop for emergency was not always seen present. And I didn’t see any shared kitchen or pantry area. They provide a fridge, but I didn’t see any microwave to heat the food. Maybe I missed it, but it would be nicer to provide one or a clearer signage if it has been provided.

It was okay but could be better.

The property was a great size for me and my husband. When we arrived the room was very clean. We were left a folder inside the room with all the information we needed regarding the StayHub and recommend places in the area to visit.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress felt super thin and it was just difficult to sleep on. We were only given 1 roll of toilet paper for my husband and I, and we stayed for 4 days. When messaging the owner asking about toilet paper they just didn’t respond, but when I messaged them regarding a late check out they responded quite quickly saying that there is a £20 charge for every extra hour you stay after the check-out time. It seemed like they weren’t interested in helping us out regarding toilet paper but was more interested in our money.

The rooms are very small, and the floors and ceilings are painted wood. The entire floor is very noisy; even with headphones on, you can hear every footstep or voice on the floor.

Only that my friends stayed at the same place as otherwise I would have felt more unsafe.

Very basic, poor quality fittings and furniture. Dusty and very smelly as it’s above shops and takeaways that seem to open all hours. It’s hot in the rooms and there is a poor air con unit (brand new but not powerful). You can hear everyone else and there is no confidence in the security nor any other safety feature. Would never stay again.

Small,

The TV was a good size.

The rooms were tiny, my bathroom door couldn’t open fully as the bed was in the way. If you’re a larger person, you wouldn’t be able to gain access into the bathroom. The smell, that comes from a fast food café below the rooms is gut wrenching. You can’t have any windows open because of the smell and the rooms are overly warm. The noise is horrendous due to the traffic which is constant all night. I stayed for 3 nights and had I not been stopping with friends (in the other rooms) then I would have left and found another property or hotel. I got very little sleep all weekend! When we arrived back from our evening meals, there were always a group of men hanging around the entrance of the our building, because take away café. Every entrance is key coded so we all felt very intimidated and unsafe when entering the main entrance. I tried to contact the owners, but the number wasn’t active, complained to Booking. Com and got no response. If STAY AWAY AND DINT BOOK THESE ROOMS.

Large, clean room. So easy to access - code was sent on day of check in as promised. Close to secure ncp car park. Easy access to station, o2 academy and restaurants.

We knew in advance it might be a warm day and therefore noisy from road traffic if the windows open- so bring ear plugs if you need them!
