Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Great location, close to shopping centre, train station eating places and tourist sites. Great size room, nice comfortable bed and nice breakfast.
A/C wasn't very cold and bathroom became a bit steamy after showering as extractor didn't appeared to be working. This was reported.

Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. They openly communicated an issue with the AC and provided fans and offered a partial refund. I apreciated the proactive approach to this. The bed was very comfortable. And the room was spotless and large. The addition of hot chocolate was great to the tea/coffee selection.
Only improvement would be a more modern shower.

The location of the hotel it was central to everything we wanted to do and it suited my wife`s mobility needs. we also had an accessible room which was good.
For a 4 star hotel the breakfast was appalling. It was a buffet breakfast and all the cooked food was stone cold. only scrambled and boiled eggs were on offer and the continental stuff had been out so long that the ham and cheese was dry and uncovered. for a 4 star I would expect the hot food to be cooked to order and a wider choice of how you want your eggs
