Poor and I'd really hesitate before booking another easy hotel.

Good location friendly staff

The room smelt of urine. The room was really small, I had to edge sideways between the bed and the facing wall. The 'double' bed was the smallest I've seen in any hotel. There was only 1 towel between 2 of us, even after I'd had to pay an extra £18 for a double room despite having paid for that online - which seemed a bit of a scam.

It’s so close to the train station and lots of restaurants nearby. The check in took no time at all and our room was perfect for the 3 of us overnight. Violeta at the front desk was really helpful!

Good hotel for a short break

Location amazing. Super easy check in. Staff very friendly. Facilities in room but basic but more than good value for the price and location. Anjali was fab the few times we chatted with her. Thank you!

The bed was incredibly firm and not super comfortable. Okay for a couple of nights max. Woken up a few times by noise inside the hotel too (doors banging and someone being sick) but this is put of staffs control. Also the door handle is just a big hole cut into the door - around 10cm in diameter so there isn't a huge amount of privacy.

Great location and staff

Location is great, very close to the central station and with many options for food and shopping. The staff is really nice, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Violeta, who’s a lovely person, helped me with tips to find a plug adapter and was always with a smile on her face.

The room has a lot of empty space which could be used place a table or a desk to make it more comfortable and easy to access the luggage.

Easy to find from Grand Central. Clean and comfortable room with a host of eating and entertainment

The hotel is located virtually on top of the Alexandra theatre. Plenty of eating options located immediately outside the hotel. It should be noted that anyone expecting more than a basic, comfortable room would likely be dissapointed. For us with these minimum needs, the room was comfy and clean.

Easy walking distance to city centre, Newstreet Station, Brindley Place and car parking at the Mailbox (can book via JustPark). You could ask for a free cup of water at reception.

Very basic. Hard bed. Just a tiny rooflight window to my room and air-conditioning had a minimum temp of 19 degrees and didn't seem to get that low.
