I would recommend & will likely stay here again if I am ever in the area.
Positives: Easy check in, parking is discounted & next door, late checkout option, comfortable bed, kitchen area fully stocked & had everything needed, the room areas were split nicely & the shower water pressure was perfect!
Negatives: I paid for a family room but was given a standard room which meant I had a shower instead of a bath tub which was annoying as the shower head did not come off making it difficult to shower without getting my hair wet which was inconvenient and annoying.
The walls and floors are thin so you hear your neighbours & every bang and footstep. The bedroom layout was annoying, it was decently sized but, I booked a family room as I preferred that layout. I just had to manage the awkward space. Parking is a little dear especially as you risk paying for the day & coming back to no spaces essentially losing out on money. It would be good if parking could be pre-booked or secured so that guests know that they will come back to a space especially as you pay per day.
Communication between reception and housekeeping needs to be improved as I paid for late check out (which isn’t cheap) however, as I was preparing my things, a male member of housekeeping staff walked into my room.This was very scary as I had placed the do not disturb sign on my door & they did not knock, luckily I was fully dressed but I did not appreciate this at all & it left me on edge. Overall it was a decent stay.
