Good location near tram stop, for city centre.
Clean, comfortable, very quiet room.
Shower was good; bed was comfortable. Good sized room.
They didn’t clean/refresh my room one night. And yet I informed them: “I’m going out now, if you want to clean my room.” Didn’t happen.
Though a tram stop was nearby, absolutely nothing in the area, such as restaurants.
Staff at desk appeared overwhelmed and somewhat disinterested. The bar was rarely manned.

Very handy and central and the tram right outside
Breakfast isn’t the best and there wasn’t enough staff on when we arrived on the Friday night so 15-20 minute wait to check in then a hassle in the morning at breakfast
