Great value, breakfast has a fabulous choice of fruits/ cereals/ pastries were delish and hot food Plenty tea options and coffee Rooms very clean, everything you need from hair dryer to iron Tv and kettle Housekeeping staff friendly and towel change ect all done Great that rooms supply shampoo and body wash

Fab location for what we needed. I do have to say the staff are fabulous, shout out to the manager (forgot his name) and Rishon on reception, we had an issue with the air con in our room both very understanding and did their best to try and make it better. Breakfast was great too, it hit the spot. 24 hour bar if needed.

The air con on the 16th floor doesn't work.. our room was extremely hot and unbearable 😞. The manager provided a 2nd fan, but unfortunately this didn't help in the slightest. This is the only negative feedback.

It looked up to date, staff were very good, facilities good.

What there was left of breakfast was of good quality .. there was no Sausages left no fried or poached eggs no mushrooms and no one was re filling anything like bread butter and and milk in jug for cerial or for drinks. ..we had to share a table as room was full and sent to a table that hadn't been cleaned. Also one lift was broke and we waited 15 mins for lift on 15th floor had to walk down in the end.. Also hard bed and no decaf Tea in room
