Room was compact. It had everything you needed. The kingsize bed was extremely comfy and so were the pillows.
The staff were helpful and the cooked breakfast was gorgeous!
The Hotel was value for money. And it was close to the Alexanra Theatre which was good as we were going to see a show there.
The Hotel was situated in the Chinese Quarter, the area was lovely! There were lovely Chinese restaurants around the Hotel which was great! My partner and I had a lovely Chinese meal at one of the restaurants.
There was nothing we didn't like!

A very pleasant place to stay when visiting Birmingham. A central location, easy to find and 5 mins walk from Birmingham New Street Station. clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff although i didn't need to interact with them much as i had no issues. Price was pretty reasonable for a 2 night stay. A perfect location for the Hippodrome (opposite), the train station and central Birmingham.
Although the area felt safe to walk around, it needs a considerable tidy-up. Nothing to do with the hotel and a problem occurring in all UK cities at the moment.
