Allen's property with Air conditioner

Clean, spacious room and nice bathroom

Location and outside appearance

The property was very new and exceptionally clean it also had an air con unit which was a life saver as we stayed when it was 30 degrees, also they were very accommodating when it came to checking in early and checking out a bit later. Also we had a complementary bottle of wine. And the gentleman even helped us carry our bags up.

I think as a new property they need to iron out a few snags The air con unit was leaking quite a lot, making the floor and windowsill really wet, they tried putting a jug and towels on the floor but didn’t help. The shower door didn’t close. And I think something needs to be done about sound proofing as we heard every footstep, and every pot and pan being clanked, also we thought someone was drilling right outside the room. We peaked our heads out to find a guy was cooking and using to blender alot. This woke us all up at 8am ish Also had difficulty finding the location in the beginning, sat nav takes you to opposite end of the street Like I said This can all be easily sorted out I’m sure as it’s a new property.

very clean and easy person-less check in and out. very nice bathroom ensuite and price was reasonable tho slightly further than other choices but i think the nightly rate was fair for the occasion. I'd come back if it continues to be cheaper again compared to other hotels in the area etc (which in this case it was!) I recommend it. good tv and fridge and good warmth temp control

Host was frustrated and unfriendly to guide for directions on the phone but otherwise the experience was acceptable. The walls are thin and can easily hear noises everywhere but still okay for the price

Allen was great. He was very organised and kind. The room was large and clean, the bathroom is huge. The price was super fair - we had a wonderful stay! The location is very central.

The roads where the property is located are quite dirty
