Should work on the breakfast newness also on cleaning overall stay was good, everything was nearby to the location

Location was perfect, ambience was amazing

I didn’t like the cleaning, it was not cleaned enough I got allergy around my neck after spending one night on the bedsheets also most of the edibles inside the fridge was expired (specially one of the bread was 12/25 expired last year which was actually horrible)

The room and bed were clean and very comfortable and were more that expected. (We were given a cabin.) It's really warm and cosy.

Breakfast was not for me. Instant coffee, plenty of tea varieties. Only white bread and pre packed pastries with various spreads. Also, various cereals. Just nothing I'd eat personally.

The location was excellent: the airport was a 15-minute drive away, and the railway station—about 500 meters away—can take you to Birmingham in 15 minutes. Solihull town centre is right next door.

eating area available 24/7 but no access to water ie kettle water is all there is and if others finish the water it gets refilled when staff fills it but they are not 24/7 only one visible plug socket in the room and its not near the bed so could not use bed to do work/browse

Could and should have been a lot better...

The location was near the town centre, but was also next to the railway which was noisy at times. The provision of a sort of continental type breakfast in the main house, and coffee/tea in the room was nice. The TV worked okay in the bedroom. The parking was handy, if a bit expensive considering we were already paying to stay there.

The bed (only 4' 6") and pillows were uncomfortable and low quality. There was only 1 side table. The accommodation in the cabin/chalet was cold, and not clean (floors, lights, skirting etc.) The fixed head shower was too low, and I'm only 5' 9"! The shower water varied in temperature. The lighting in the room was too harsh, it felt like we were in a fridge being interrogated. Around the side to a dark lane, unlocking side entraces, trapsing across a badly lit unbrushed patio at the rear of the property to the cabin/chalet was not good.

Quiet and simple place

It was close to the city centre, and quiet.

We had booked a different room with a double bed and not twin beds. We called the staff as soon as we arrived to ask if we can have the room we paid for, they just said it wasn’t available anymore. It’s a shame to advertise for a product that isn’t available…

Location was great, it wasn't too noisy. The breakfast room was open all the time.

I don't like having to pay extra for parking and only be told this just before you travel, this is very wrong and the host should make this very clear before taking boookings. The milk in the breakfast room was frozen and there were no tea spoons.

The property was in a wonderful location for us and the host Anne was wonderful, the on suite room was great, the food was delightful and felt like home from home

Lovely room with easy check in

Our room was upgraded to the garden chalet and it was lovely. Very cozy and tidy with everything we needed. Checking in was quick and easy, with the manager sending over instructions before hand. Cannot recommend the B&B enough!

Nice clean room and very comfortable.Breakfast room was open 24/7 so very convenient.B& B very close to town and very convenient for the train station 3 mins away.

Nice peaceful business trip

I really enjoyed staying at this B&B, and I will definitely book again the next time I'm in Birmingham. It is literally over the road from the train station which was really good for me with having a disability. The staff were nice and polite.

I can't think of anything as everything was provided and it was very clean.

Very good stay in cabin just what we wanted

We didn’t have breakfast, we brought our own

We initially booked a ground floor double room and was messaged on two occasions saying this was ok. 12 hours before our arrival we were messaged to say all ground floor rooms were taken of which I replied this was unacceptable. Angela did say she would ask one of the guests to change in the morning. Angela messaged in the morning to say they have a cabin in the garden if I would like. We accepted. When we arrived the cabin was excellent and we had a vey good stay.

Molto accogliente. Belle le camere confortevoli. Quando siamo arrivati c'era la proprietaria che ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni. La cucina è sempre aperta e si può utilizzare a tutte le ore. Vicino ci sono vari ristoranti per cenare . Vicinissimo all'aereoporto di Birmingham.

La colazione è fai da te in quanto la proprietaria non c'è e ti devi arrangiare con quello che trovi nel frigo . Quindi non sono rimasta soddisfatta.
