Attention to detail is excellent. Immaculate spotless. Quilts were excellent highest quality..at home I don't sleep well...I slept right through & felt recharged after my stay. This is 3rd time of staying every time excellent.

Very central for the station and Birmingham.
A spotlessly clean bathroom and bedroom.
Very quiet throughout my stay .
The continental breakfast was just cereal, toast and pastries. Cheese or ham would have been a bonus.
The tv needs operating instructions , I resorted to my iPad for live tv.

Great location for what we had planed all clean and easy never done reception less but was ok.
The only thing was the shower suddenly went very very hot without warning or touching the controls had to jump out the shower.

Great location
Were not advised had to pay for parking or self serve breakfast which was annoying. Television didn’t work in bedroom and there were no tea and coffee making facilities in room.
