We really enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. The customer service was impeccable at the reception on arrival and at the bar during the evening. The staff were so helpful. We also loved the leisure facilities.

Spent one night here, so not a lot to go on, but had a good stay. Comfortable, nice breakfast, luxury room with amenities. My only complaint is that it rained the night before and the day of my stay. There must've been a leak somewhere, as the carpet in one area was soaked. Gave me wet feet! As it was only one night, I didn't complain, but it does affect the score I'm giving.

I saw a mix of reviews so wasn’t sure what to expect, so glad I booked here!
We stayed for one night for a cheer competition and I feel we got lucky with this hotel!
It’s a huge place and we got lost finding the room as the layout was not what we expected 😆 it’s like a tardis! but once we found our room we were very happy with it!
The room itself was pretty spacious! Very clean, and just really nice! I saw a few reviews saying about loud parties so was worried when we passed quite a loud room in main corridor downstairs, but luckily couldn’t hear anything from the room!
Theres lots of pillows on the bed! I was initially concerned by how firm the bed was but actually slept really well! The shower was also big and the whole bathroom was clean! The bathroom mirror was great for doing makeup for competition, and the hairdryer was also very helpful as I forgot mine! plug sockets and usb slots both sides of the bed were very helpful.
The only less positive comment I made whilst in the room is that it’s a shame there’s not a light over the dressing table mirror, and the room was cold in the morning but played around with the thermostat and it warmed up after a while! but I wasn’t bothered considering I paid less than £80!!
I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will DEFINITELY return again next cheer season, I just need to make sure I don’t lose the name of this hotel!
