Really friendly and helpful staff, who answered my questions and assisted immediately with my requests, great customer service! My room was exceptionally clean and had everything you needed, a comfortable bed, nice shower and carparking close by.

Arrived in the dark on a rainy evening and couldn't't find the hotel initially as behind a pub not visible from the road. A telephone call to the hotel was answered straight away and directed in. Decor a little dated and maybe some areas in need of a bit of TLC Lots of cigarette ends around outside in the pavement near the carpark and entrance door not a welcoming sight.

First thing I have to say staff on reception is EXCEPTIONAL.They could not be more helpful and it was always joy to have little conversation with them. Hotel is good value for money.

This is great value for money. Free carpark. Clean and comfortable and the staff were so cheerful and helpful. We chose this hotel for A business meeting. No breakfast but we didn’t want this anyway.
