Would stay again!

The beds were very comfortable, the house itself was very clean and tidy. Easy to find via satnav, and a quiet neighbourhood... Local shop was a little trek by foot...

The outside bins were full and were unable to close. Squirrels were actively searching the bins regularly, so we didn't want to leave any food items in the outside bins etc.

A couple of areas were really dusty in the property but nothing we couldn’t solve. Overall such a lovely place!

Lovely comfortable house. Great central location near all local amenities with excellent motorway access. Plenty of space for the five people in our party. Especially liked the hidden bathroom. Brilliant communication from Jo at the letting agent.

Only one very tiny negative (and I mean tiny) was that the pillows provided were quite lumpy and flat. That is the only negative comment I have about this house.

Exceptional

We spent almost 2 weeks there and the host is absolutely amazing! Very helpful, giving us a lot of suggestions to discover Birmingham area! The house are clean and well prepared (you dont have to buy a lot of groceries), it comes with a private parking which is good for group travel/biz travel.

Great house with everything we needed for our short stay. Very clean and tidy.

Located in Dickens heath. Great for shops an grabbing essentials. The bathroom in the wardrobe is a lovely space saver and such a great quirky idea. The kitchen has everything you need to be self catered. Feels a very safe area with 2 parking spaces. Family of 5 and we stayed 4 nights. Was perfect for what we needed. The owners even let me check in early and went out of her way to get the house ready in time for us. Highly recommend and would use again.

The house is in a fabulous quiet location with parking for 2 cars. Easy access to Solihull, Birmingham, Stratford etc. The house is absolutely sparkly clean and extremely comfortable. Everything that we needed to accommodate our stay was provided. We will be staying there again - it will be my first choice and hopefully will be available when we need it next.

Leuk huisje prijs kwaliteit

Locatie, omgeving, leuk huisje met tuintje!

De extra poetsvergoeding omdat we een hond bijhebben vonden we misschien niet nodig aangezien niet alles tot in de details proper was. Pas op ik begrijp dat we per dag een vergoeding betalen voor een hond maar de vloer en ramen waren ook niet bepaald zo clean.
