We really enjoyed our stay at the Village Hotel Solihull. The hotel was very accommodating with our booking, as we requested two rooms with an interconnecting door. We were pleased to receive two large, comfortable rooms that suited our needs perfectly.
On arrival, we were delighted to find a thoughtful Easter treat waiting on our beds, which was a lovely touch. All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay—from the evening team to the restaurant staff and the health club team.
The hotel was clean throughout, and the meals were absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay again.
There wasn’t much we didn’t like about our stay. The only minor points were that the hotel could feel quite busy at times, and service in some areas was a little slow during peak periods. However, these did not take away from our overall experience.
