Location, spacious rooms with separate sitting room, settees and dining table, full kitchen, provided iron and ironing board, washing machine (although we didn't use it), fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle. Reasonably clean
No Aircon, 1 fan which was inadequate, shower was leaking and no hot water in shower, extremely small hand basin. Tatty bathroom mats, parking pricing was inconsistent and a bit expensive

It's proximity to the venue of our convention and the convinient keyless access.
Cold water in the shower was not working, no proper shower whilst staying there. They said they will fix it the next day but unfortunately it wasn't fixed.
