Great value for what you pay for and was pleasantly surprised to see a slightly upgraded room (had own shower/toilet), perfect for what I needed it for, which was just a night before a flight from BHX.
As long as you don't go in with expectations of a pristine hotel, you can't knock it.
Breakfast is very basic, which was expected, could have had fruit available unless I just didn't see it.
Not quite sure how secure the door to the room was either as has been forcibly kicked in at some point and quickly repaired, both minimal issues really

Easy location for the NEC, staff really friendly and accommodating.
The place was old but that's fine, it was in need of a good deep clean though. Especially in the breakfast area, we couldn't find a clean mug unfortunately so ended up not having breakfast.
