Handy location. Clean, comfy. Get what you pay for. Good on a budget though. Questionable fake sausage and bacon! Breakfast good other than that!
Very Comfy bed in room 3. Space difficult though. Heated bathroom floor.

Very clean house, comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. There is bathroom under floor heating which is quite luxurious.
The bedroom had a lower separate level for the kettle & ironing board,it's a handy space for extra storage. The TV had many channels, some were intermittent.
Water,tea & milk were provided.
Lots of local takeaway options, not too far from a local pub & also a local food store.
I'm a light sleeper & I found the traffic noise from morning commuters a little intrusive.
The off road parking is on the cusp of a junction,just a little careful and attention needed.There is parking also on the opposite side of the main road.
