Great location for my overnight outing in Solihull. Easy to get to and from using local buses. The room was more than adequate for a place just to rest your head overnight.
The hot water takes a long time to get through the hot water taps.

Chris was very friendly and helpful. I had a big room at the front with a bay window and a fan. The fan was needed as the weather was hot. Breakfast was available and was served in the room, either mini or full. Across the road are shops, takeaways and a good restaurant- very handy. The shower was fine.
There was plenty of choice for breakfast but I wasn't keen on the jam, ham or sausage. Even with the fan the room was hot.( Blame the weather for this). The house is on the corner of 2 roads and I had to reverse in carefully to leave enough space for 2 other cars.

It was fine for a short stay. Not too bad, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Close to the airport, and a supermarket around the corner
The kitchen was a dirty mess, I'm sorry, I have no other way to describe it. I appreciate being able to use the facilities but it was old caked filthy. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the lady and gentleman very kind and helpful
