Unsafe hygiene standards – we had to leave immediately We were unable to stay at this property due to the condition of the room. When we arrived, the room was visibly dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard for any accommodation. Surfaces, bedding, and the overall room condition made us extremely uncomfortable. More concerning, we noticed signs that made us worried there could be bed bugs. Because of this, we did not feel it was safe or hygienic to stay. We made the decision to leave and travel home early rather than risk it, which cost us an additional £250. This completely ruined our trip. At a minimum, the property urgently needs to address cleanliness and hygiene standards. I would strongly recommend others check recent reviews before booking.

Hotel is very good value for money. We stayed one night as we were attending a concert at bp pulse. It's a great place for one night. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay though just because its very basic. However, the hotel was super clean and the staff were lovely!

Clean room, friendly staff, but very small room.
Staff were pleasant. We were welcomed upon arrival, and also when we came down for breakfast. We were working at an event at the NEC and it was only a short drive away so a convenient location.
Upon booking, told we couldn't book parking at hotel just first come first served for spaces. Then a few hours before we arrived received an email to say all spaces had been booked? Thankfully there was a spot when we arrived but a bit confusing. The room was clean but very small. We booked a double but it was on the top floor with a slanted ceiling and so one person couldn't sit up in bed. It was really better suited for a single room. Also, unfortunately we were woken in the middle of the night by other guests running around knocking on doors and shouting in the corridors. Opted for the continental breakfast in the morning which was ok but quite basic.
