I stayed here for two nights with my partner and two young kids, the room, hotel etc was immaculate, we had the pleasure of meeting Faye, Ryan and Akira, they were very warm welcoming and beyond friendly and treated us like family. My kids were handed activities when on arrival and when we wanted to put the Aston Villa game on there was no hesitation from these friendly people. Next time we come to Birmingham I would stay here again, highly recommended and thank you staff for a lovely welcome and wishing us safe travels on route home

Warm and friendly welcome from the staff on reception, who even phoned me in the room to check all was OK.
Bar open all hours. Great breakfast included which is unusual.
Nice quiet, clean room with great shower.
My only gripe was no fridge in the bedroom and that some breakfast tables were left uncleared.
But I’ll be back!
