    As per my experience it was horrible I didn’t complain for anything because as for it was just one night not too many hrs as i paid more less then other which where I was happy with the room and service but over here I would never recommend

    Hotel was at least a 15 min uphill walk from Birmingham New Street. So unless your fit. Take the Metro Tram from Grand Central too 4-5Stops to Jewelry Quarter stop. From there about a 5-8min walk. Small clean tidy functional Room. No window in my Room.Lots of confusing corridors. No Restaurant or Cafe on site. But Italian /Pan Asian Restaurant Rayu within 600-800mtrs
