Great location apart-hotel

Great location, very close to city centre, Bullring and the German Christmas Market. Very spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you could need. Bar downstairs was reasonably priced to bring drinks up to the room.

Parking below on a first come first serve basis so get there as close to che lon as you can on a weekend. We were aware of this though. Spaces very tight so tricky to get buggy and luggage out but we could have chosen to park elsewhere!

Amazing overnight stay, need to do two night next time

Staff was friendly, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever been on, love the apartment set up and how close it was from the city Centre.

Only thing I didn’t like was that the TV wasn’t in the bedroom I would have preferred that

Good all-round apartment hotel just outside main city centre

Good location - outside the main city centre but within easy walking distance. Facilities were all good. Gym was rather basic but some decent equipment. And breakfast was very good.

Perfect venue for concert at the arena

Great location

Lovely greeting on arrival by friendly staff. Excellent value for money with the room and facilities and this slept 3 adults comfortably. Location is great for the Utilita arena. Would stay again.

Poorly managed apart hotel in reasonable location

Large, comfy bed, quiet room, location good for city centre & jewellery quarter.

Arrived at 17.30 to find room not ready and many other people waiting. Finally got into room at 18.15, over 3 hours after check-in time. Bedside light & table one one side only. Only one hand towel provided and no milk in fridge despite notice saying there was. So over 3 hour delay in housekeeping and still room not adequately prepared.

A genuine Gem near the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham.

We were surprised to find this gem in the heart of Birmingham. Couldn't fault a thing. Beautiful and simply decorated room. Cleanest room we have had anywhere in a long time. All staff from emailing with questionsuntil check out could not have been more helpful. Easy walk to center and to the Utilita Arena. Was perfect. We will Definately stay again. Don't stop being amazing.

Went to a concert at Utilita, a perfect location with parking.

Noise distribution from other guests!!

Good central location and value for money

We had to move rooms as you have to request a double bed upon booking. Noise all night up until we checked out from upstairs meant we were unable to get any sleep, did try to find someone at around 2am but there was no one on site to assist.

Convenient and friendly

Beds were not as booked - we booked 1 x double and 2 x singles but we’re given a room with 4 x singles. Not a huge issue, but slightly disappointing after a long journey particularly as we had to make up 2 of those beds ourselves.
