Didn’t realise our first room was shared bathroom and wasn’t suitable with a young teenage girl called reception if they had a room with a private bathroom in which the lady kindly moved our room to accommodate that, no questions asked or additional fee, the lady on the desk was lovely and very helpful!

Roo was fantastic, clean and cosy, and the staff were helpful and kind.
