Conveniently located and easy to access with parking
When housekeeping cleaned our room they should have replaced our used cups with clean ones and also on our second night the lift wasn't working so I had to carry heavy luggage down stairs which wasn't convenient.

The property is in a great location close to Birmingham University campus. The breakfast across the road in the Edgbaston Park Hotel was fantastic, lots of variety and good quality and the staff were very friendly.
The rooms are a little dated but comfortable , fine for a night’s stay.
