Great hotel, lovely big rooms, good location for getting to Queen Elizabeth hospital, large comfy bar area.
I found the pillows too hard so struggled to get comfy.

Great location . Use of university leisure facilities very good . Staff very friendly. Exceptionally clean . Good sized room.
Didn’t find the bed that comfortable. Prefer a firm mattress . Leaving a bill under the door waking us at 6 am I felt was a bit much - this could have been settled on check out without a notification under the door so early for the price of breakfast added on.
There was a loud noise wedding on in the building across from the main hotel which was very noisy and kept us awake past 1 am on the Saturday night.

Location - chosen for graduation. Day
Food took nearly 1.5 hours(!!) to arrive with no explanation or apology until complaint
