Sue's place was perfect for a low-fuss, value for money stay in Birmingham. It had all the essentials - a comfy bed, hot shower, and a shared kitchen to make your own meals.
I would have liked a lamp in the room and curtains as opposed to flimsy blinds which did not do much to block out the light.

Its was a private house with excellent accommodation available. Basic but clean and fresh. Everything you would need. I would stay again
The owner was a very pleasant lady even took time out to take me to train station
There was one female in house that was complaining about a tub of butter on her space in fridge. Rather pettie seeing i was only there one more night
