They demand extra security deposit of 85£

Just gonna ask you deposit of 85£ before the booking reference so everyone be careful when you are booking with them and when you ask about the refund they gonna decline your request and you can’t do anything about it so plz plz stay away from this hotel everyone. Thanks

Amazing stay, lovley host , easy access and comfy room

Excellent stay overall. The host was professional, friendly, and very responsive throughout our visit. The accommodation was clean, well-organized, and matched the description perfectly. Everything worked as expected, and the stay was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this host to other guests and would stay here again without hesitation.

Amazing stay – great value for money! I absolutely loved my stay here and couldn’t be happier. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made a huge difference – I slept really well every night. The room was very clean, cosy, and well prepared, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was definitely worth the money and actually exceeded my expectations for the price. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, and I felt very comfortable and at home. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

There was street parking.

Check-in time was 4pm. I booked at 11am and was made to wait till 4pm before going in when their check out time was 12pm. Does it take 4hrs to clean a small space? I was made to hang around after booking online and couldn't have my money back. Was told early check in would cost £10 extra. So its more like money holding me back from getting in and not that the room wasnt ready. Wasnt worth it to pay extra to check in earlier. If the room is ready then its ready in my opinion. The noise from upstairs was alot. Was hearing moans and bed giggling 😅. The room was cold. Complained and turned the heater dial higher and nothing was done about it. And yes there was an £85 deposit! Youd be made to pay after booking online. I did get the money back after about 36hrs. I've seen better airbnbs for £35

Convenient location - good price

Very convenient to reach city centre by bus. Essy enough to find and do self checkin / out using keysafe. Clean and comfy bedroom. Sharing bathroom and kitchen space with other guests was OK. Theee was a fridge, ironing board etc All.useful for a longer stay than our 1 night. Plenty of glassware, plates, cups etc provided. Good value for the price.

I thought it was an apartment, but actually, it was a room in a shared house. That could be clearer on the website. Worried about having to do damage deposit by bank transfer though it was returned promptly. No staff on site - it seems to be run from London. Email communication was fine, though maybe not so great if any problems had arisen..

I would not recommend this place at all.

Please avoid this place!!!!! 1. Never seen any ABNB taking deposit and it was not mentioned during the booking process. You will be told only after the reservation. You will also received a lot of messages regarding the rules of the house and your deposit will be take if you do not abide with the rules. 2. When i request to check in a bit earlier which i think 16:00 is too late, it was declined stay away without any reason. 3. I did not got shower gel to used in the bathroom. 4. Those rules which was mentioned was way too much as it make me person feel very uncomfortable. 5. The place was smelling with strong cooked food and the room had a weird smell as well. 6. This place does not look as if it is being rented as ABNB only. It look like a shared house. 7. If i knew in the beginning i would never booked this place and would either pay extra for a hotel. 8. I would not recommend somebody to book this place. Sorry 9. Also asking exact time when i will check in and check out…. This is too much!

Theives

Held too ramson, when my phone was dead. Had to ask neighbour to change me phone, so I could pay an extra deposit mine was £50 the next man in next room was £100 deposit. So not good people, they kept £30 of my deposit. Theft, cheats not friendly in the least. I have stayed at a few places this one is worth a BIG swerve.

When we reached at property they disconnected our calls few times and didn't respond back after one hour were waiting outside of property nobody came there to open the door. It was totally empty property and no-one was inside, so we decided to leave from there to book somewhere else and asked for refund.
