Meh

Relatively well located. Direct bus line to the city center. About 20-30 minutes. A shared house that used to be good but lacks maintenance. Two bathrooms, but only one has a shower. The water is hot for 1 minute and cold the next. It's pulsating. Also, there's no insulation in the bathroom, so you can feel the cold from the street. The kitchen is simple, but no one cooks there because it's uncomfortable, and cleanliness is questionable. The living room and common area only have a sofa. Nothing else. The rooms don’t have wardrobes or hangers. You have to buy them. You can hear everything inside the rooms. When walking, the wooden floor creaks a lot. If someone walks above my room, I hear everything. If they go left, I hear it. If they wake up at 6 am and step on the floor, I hear it. The creaking of the wood is incredible. There is supposedly a cleaning service. Not once did they come to my room to change the sheets or bedding, even when asked. From my first day to my last, there was a pot with rice left unwashed in the kitchen. Not once did the cleaning ladies touch it. For 6 weeks. They only change the toilet paper and take out the trash. The room has a mini-fridge, microwave, and television, but nothing else besides the bed. In summary, it’s an accommodation that used to be good, but lacks maintenance. It’s clear now that it’s just used to host guests and make money, with no further concerns.

It valued the price I paid for, I was able to go to gym etc and accessible for shopping.

It was very quiet and I enjoyed that peace and silence. You get a microwave, kettle and small fridge in your room which is quite relaxing not having to go downstairs.

I didn’t like the fact that the street had trash around it and there’s always no parking.

Misleading description

I liked the idea of having a self contained studio unit however the description was misleading. Every other listing referred to a shared kitchen access but this one referred to kitchen facilities included in the unit

The only kitchen items provided in the room were a fridge and a microwave - not even a kettle!!! I only stayed one night before finding alternative accommodation. My request for refund fell on deaf ears despite the completely misleading description.

It was ok with the necessary appliances in place to make your stay very comfortable

The location was ok. It was very close to a lot of supermarkets and convenience shops

There was no blender available in the kitchen

Deposit system take twice the amount to book the place and take along while paying it back if at all. At time of writing- 10 days still not recieved it

Those secure doors give one confidence about one's safety in a new place and of the female gender.

My television would go blank only leaving the sound of what ever were watching as if it was a radio.please check it out
