    I booked to stay in the Lucas Hitel. However upon arrival I was informed it was no longer a hotel and we would be staying in Peter Scott house! Very, very basic-microscopic shower and too hot! The hearing was on in the building… This made sleep virtually impossible! How can you allow someone to book somewhere that is no longer a hotel and bump them down without notification????

    Good for local uni and access to the city. Room itself was ok. Old style bathroom. Water from shower did not flow away meaning you shower in a deep pool of waste water. Water stains around window and down wall from damp/leak. Beds poor quality with old mattress with dips. Check-in location not clear and building name advertised different to the stay. Staff uninterested when reporting above. Booking did not advertise that car parking is free at main building but you need to pay at annex over the road. We paid before we found out. Overall, could be a lot better with a bit of investment and attention. Check in staff member was polite and informative.

    The hotel’s name should be Peter Scott House instead of Lucas House. Agoda should update it asap, otherwise, other travelers would find the wrong place. By the way, the facility and environment are good. Parking space is available.

    firstly the house is not lucas house its Peter Scott House. The reception is on the other side of the building. If you use the free parking it’s far from the house. parking next to the house you pay. Check out is at 10am. Would not recommend this place at all.
