Staff were amazing.
I was not feeling well when we arrived and they were very caring and brought treats to the room. Which was exceptional!

Friendly reception staffs, good breakfast!
When we booked for the two rooms as a couple, I did ask for double beds but when checked in we were offered two separate beds in each rooms. I approached the reception staff but I was told that normal standard doesn't come with double beds & I had to book a queens rooms! Disappointed.
Also, rooms were cooled & AC temperate control didn't work. Upon complained, we were provided portable heaters for both rooms.
