A comfortable, enjoyable stay to celebrate a friends birthday

The rooms were stylish and comfortable. The sauna and jacuzzi bath were a lovely bonus. It was a convenient 10 minute walk from the centre of Lille

Great for a relaxing stay

Good location, just a short walk from the international train stations. Room matched the description and photos, and had a lot of amenities like AC, spa, sauna, tea, coffee etc that made the stay more comfortable. While it was a ground floor room, the thick curtains helped block the majority of the street noise.

Relaxing and romantic time.

Large jacuzzi bath and separate shower, nice big bedroom, comfortable bed, nice lighting and separate toilet and small area for fridge coffee etc and small seating in bedroom. Vintage gaee machine a bit of extra fun.

No lift so 3rd floor with cases was a bit of a struggle but exceptional help from staff. Be aware 5pm to 8pm check in but again fantastic assistance from lovely staff member.

it was an amazing stay. the appartement was amazing, everything was there, and worked perfectly! We have had a wonderful stay. One point of improvement could be to have instructions for everything (for example the ps5). The staf was also amazing, any request we had, they were able to help us. Even when we came an hour past time for the checkin, or the jacuzzi had troubles at 09.30 in the evening. would absolutely recommend!

Fun, beautiful apartment,

The apartment itself was very good. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were large and spacious and you had everything you needed there.

There was nothing not to like. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent Suite very clean and spacious with great attention to detail and attentive staff.

The Suite was excellent however the location - just on the edge of the city was a bit run down (situated near student accommodation and the University) and quite difficult to find. Booking.com promoted the place with parking - however it was not on the property but someway off, and we had to pay an additional fee.

Amazing and unique accommodations close to Lille’s old town

We loved our stay in this fun apartment, so much so that we cancelled our plans for the day so we could have more time to enjoy the amenities. Huge spa bath, wonderful sauna room, lovely deck, spacious rooms and the Pac-Man arcade game was a hit with adults and teens alike!

It is a walk up apartment so not well suited to anyone with mobility issues. It would have been ideal if there was a blind that could be pulled down over the glass wall so the bath can be used in privacy.

An absolute must: cozy, relaxing, tastefully designed and well equipped

Due to last minute changes in our plans we'd only arrive very late to our 3 night stay, so I asked if it was possible to cancel the first night. Although the reservation was not refundable, the owner was very understanding and willing to agree to our request. However, he also offered us an upgrade to the 101 apartment at a discount, which was a huge step up from the initial room + jacuzzi. We agreed to this upgrade and got to stay in an extremely comfortable, well equipped, cozy and tastefully designed 3-story apartment. It was an amazing experience as I had never seen any place like it: arcade games, PS5, big flat screens everywhere (including by the jacuzzi!), a pool table, a gym area, a sauna, and much more, all packed in 1 place, yet leaving enough space to relax and without feeling it's too much. The 3 levels are connected by a spiral stair going through layers of thick glass on each level - this by itself adds a lot of charisma. We were only a couple occupying this apartment, but it's definitely suited for groups of friends and families. Not only a great place, but great owners too whose priority is customer satisfaction. We will happily come back soon.

Wonderful host and one of the best stays in Lille

I woke in the morning thinking what a wonderful, comfortable sleep I had. The flat was spacious and had such excellent amenities. The flat was also conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and the train station, which is where you can take the train to Paris and other major cities. This is what we did upon checkout, and Emma was kind enough to hold our bags so we didn't have to leave them in our car. As a fellow vacation rental host, these little gestures go a long way, and I will definitely be posting about AU 30 on my social and suggesting it as a place to stay to my followers/friends. Hopefully, I will be back one day.

It was perfect. There were no complaints. If you have a larger car, parking at the place may be a problem, but there's affordable street parking right on the street.

Very nice stuff. Coffee and sandwiches for the morning. Really wonderful place :) we had a great time with my boyfriend.

Loved our time at AU 30 - friendly staff and a gorgeous apartment.

Our room was great - big bed, big TV, big shower & big jacuzzi bath! We loved the arcade machine and the lovely touches like robes and petals on our bed.

The air conditioning was a little noisy and the floor was a bit creaky
