Staff friendly, place clean and wonderful location.

There was little peeping sound in the room - maybe from the air-condition. I was so tired that I slept through but that the little annoying sound was always present.

Hilton Lille

Location was excellent, straight off the eurostar into the hotel and only a 15 minute walk to the old Lille city. Hotel room was clean, extremely comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Choices for breakfast were very good. A great place to stay. Staff were superb, friendly and helpful.

Most of the staff were not very engaging. They didn’t greet guests, and some even pushed past us when coming out of the elevator. Several times we received the response, “I don’t know, I only handle the front,” which made the experience feel quite unhelpful.

Good location but evening team is terribly unprofessional

Spacious room, perfect location

Evening/night reception desk team is below any possible hospitality business level, and absolutely not in line with what you’d expect to see at Hilton. Not only they are rude (notably Abdel) but also truly do not care about your wellbeing. We’ve decided to change from Novotel this time but I’d rather have worse room then dealing with people who wouldn’t care less about not working phone or missing bed for my child.

Perfect t for our needs.

The location only 50 metres from the station exit was PERFECT. The walk-in shower, Large mounted bottles of shampoo etc with large print (able to be actually read!), Square and large sink which did not flood the floor when filling, made a change fron so may other less well planned hotels. Excellent.

Bed extremely comfortable. Shower was better than in any hotel I can remember. Breakfast very good, particularly the scrambled eggs and rösti. Staff all very polite and helpful. I had never stayed in a Hilton hotel before, but plan to do so again.

We made our booking in Lille late and the Hilton was one of the last choices available. The hotel meets the standards you expect, large room, comfortable bed, soundproof.

The hotel has a "standardized" feel to it, everything is well done, but there is not "comfy" feel to it

we arrived early as 10am, reception staff did check with the cleaning staff and was able to check us in around 10.45am.

on monday the 12th/05/25 i was told that the breakfast close at 10.30am, but when i went down at 10am for breakfast restaurant staff were cleaning the buffet counter and told me it closed at 10am. so we dis eat what was on the counter and they did make fried eggs when i asked.

A very comfortable stay in a very convenient part of Lille.

The room was a very good size, in fact we were upgraded, which was very nice. There was an excellent view from the 9th floor. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty to choose from. I cannot find any faults with the hotel.

Awful location felt unsafe

We could not leave the car to enter the hotel as it is in a bad location that felt unsafe. People were coming up to my car outside the hotel asking for money. We ended up having to travel to another hotel in a better area. This is not what I expected from a Hilton and we were charged for the room despite not checking in or staying there.

Nedd to sleep over in Lille because of flight problems

Next to the TGV station. Managed to book it after midnight.

The bathroom interior was visible from the bed, as it was only framed by glass-like walls, while the toilet was in a separate environment.

That was fine for one night, breakfast added several points to it :)

Room was tired and stuffy but ok in general for us as we were there just for one night. Breakfast was wonderful and superb it exceeds our expectations. And place is also fine. Right in the center of the city. Near parking was a bit expensive ~32 euro.

Out room was very stuffy and hot at night, but it was not hot outside. No fresh air but conditioners were working on full capacity.
