Good cost but beds are terrible

Let’s start with the positive things. The location is perfect, direct in the heart of the center. That’s a big plus. The second positive point is the staff of the hotel. They do their best to make your stay comfortable. But what really needs attention is the state of the rooms. No airconditioned rooms. The wall’s can use some new painting. The ceiling is almost coming down. The curtains have some holes in it. The lights are all different (some are flickering) and one windows has screws in it to prevent that it can be opened…. Staying a night for 80 euro’s is of course a affordable price, but also for that money some attention to the state of the rooms won’t hurt.
