Very well located and friendly staff. Bed very soft and large.
No space for hanging towels and the room was not cleaned in any of the days. Staff just made the bed.

Location was great, lovely decor and the staff were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was good and sufficient perhaps a few more options would make it great.

Loved the location (though the partying in the square during the world cup match was loud!). View amazing. Room lovely. Staff wonderful. Rooftop bar a gem. Double set of doors to the room so you don't hear a thing from the corridors (no slamming doors or anything audible).
Slightly annoying telly that kept turning itself off.
