Great staff and close to the Metro but missed the holiday feeling

The swimming pool was excellent — clean, well maintained, and a great place to relax and cool off. The location is very convenient, with the Metro just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Most of all, the staff were friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful, especially made an effort as we don't speak French, which made a big difference to the overall experience.

This apartment is located within a senior living complex, which was not made clear in the listing. I would not have booked it had I known. While renting out empty apartments as holiday lets can be a good idea, it’s important to be transparent about this so guests know what to expect. I was looking for a holiday atmosphere, but this didn’t feel like one. The apartment itself was clean, but it became very hot, around 29°C all day, and air conditioning would make a big difference. The balcony, however, was dirty, with clumps of dirt, hair, and cigarette butts (in both the apartments that we booked). There is no cleaning service during the stay, which is fine, but there were also no basic items like a broom or dustpan to keep things tidy. Additionally, several things described in the booking were missing on arrival and I had to keep asking for them.

very spacious and calm... interiors of reception and lounge and apartment were nice

Breakfast was very disappointing at 10€ each no buffet style breakfast with cereals and toast etc.. only a served breakfast of small pastries one glass of juice and one cup of coffee. we don't eat a large breakfast, but to have a choice is usually the norm... made the end of a stay very saddening

Ideal base to visit Lille as on Metro line and only 30 minutes to Ypres

The apartment is perfectly placed for exploring Lille, 500 metres from metro. Was spotlessly clean, friendly staff and had underground car park for a small fee.

Could benefit from air conditioning during summer months especially as it was 30 degrees when we stayed. Take a fan as none available at reception

Wow To Go Again

Passionate staff, great location, the swimming pool was wonderful. I liked there was a gym to use too. Public transport into the city centre was very near. We will come back!

We got the breakfast offered as there was a change of room type. This was wonderful obviously. But we asked if we could have a breakfast egg but that was not possible, sadly. This is really the only remark I have. It would not keep me from coming back. 😉

The people were really friendly there was a bar and you could eat there we never did but you have the choice the location was fab maybe 5-10 min walk to the underground train takes 5 stops to get to Lille trains ever few mins there and back for 2 people 7.50 eurous love it The only thing is that we didn't realise was it a older persons Appartment home with lots going on for them didn't bother us they were really friendly

Very noicy surronding construction site

Room was good. There were a good , space garage (with elevator to main building and it was paid 7EUR per night.)

There were bery big construction site, with crains, they built a new flats,they transport many concreate, very noisy. Opposite to our apparrment on the same floor were some works too, floor was dust, they repaired something in the main building too.

The stay was comfortiable. The spacious apartments have everything you need, coffee machine, a kittchnette, balcony. The cleanliness is medium. Doesnt seem they have a big staff. It has parking and charger for electric car.

Clean and very nice staff

There was an awful smell of sewage in the room. The bathroom was clean so I can only assume it was drains. The breakfast was poor for the price. We also had a handyman come in the room to fix something whilst we were there (not the sewage smell)

Super emplacement

L'accueil chaleureux, le chauffage dans les locaux dès l'arrivée, le hall. La sympathie des résidents. A 5min à pieds en ligne droite du centre commercial Lillenium, très pratique. Appt très confortable et optimisé. Superbe salle de bain. Cuisine bien aménagée. Le mobilier. La piscine très propre ainsi que les vestiaires. La chaleur dans l'appartement bien réconfortante en hiver.

L'appartement était super propre, à part les penderies d'entrée et de chambre avec des moutons de poussière au sol, c'est dommage que l'aspirateur n'y soit pas passé. L'intérieur du micro-ondes avec des fragments de nourriture et odeur. Un trou bien visible dans la housse de couette. Pour autant tout le reste était impeccable. Les sols très propres, linge, cuisine, mobilier idem ainsi que salle de bain. La télé d'un(e) voisin(e) très fort et très tard tous les soirs audible dans la chambre alors qu'en dehors de ça l'isolation phonique et thermique extérieure intérieure était niquel. La piscine est chauffée, si les vestiaires pouvaient l'être un peu ça serait top :)

Ruim appartement, dichtbij metro. Zwembad en sauna zijn ook een plus. Winkelcentrum met enorme supermarkt vlakbij.

Niet al te vriendelijk personeel, dat nauwelijks Engels spreekt en ook niet de moeite neemt om eenvoudig en langzaam in het Frans te praten. Nauwelijks keukengerei. Iets opwarmen kan, meer niet. Geen smart-tv. Basisdingen ontbraken: geen prullenbak in badkamer, geen stopcontacten en lampjes bij het bed.

Super clean, Apartment hat sehr angenehme Größe und Design. Sehr gemütlich. Ein schöner Schwimmbad. Das Wasser hat sehr angenehme Temperatur. Küche hat alles außer Backofen.

Emplacement géographique idéal, à proximité du métro

Le coût supplémentaire parking : 7€ par jour alors qu'il y a un an, c'était compris dans le coût du logement. Aucun badge d accès à notre disposition pour y accéder : obligation de repasser par l accueil à chaque fois ... La propreté du logement qui n etait pas à la hauteur de la prestation : présence de beaucoup de moutons de poussière en bas de l ensemble des penderies.
